| Company Comment | ○ Founded in 1983, Dongseo Machine & Tools Co., Ltd. is equipped with up-to-date gravity, low pressure die casting and machining lines. So the company actively offers aluminum-cast products to domestic auto-makers. Notably, it has produced cylinder heads since 1993 and now supplies a local car maker's recreational vehicles direct-injection products for diesel engines. In 1997, it directly shipped lower housings to Ford for the production of Mustangs. Encouraged by the high acclaim for its products overseas, the manufactures is stepping up efforts for OEM business with the 'Big 3' in the US. Having obtained ISO 9002 and QS 9000 certifications, the firm has a monthly production capacity of 15,000 cylinder heads and 72,000 intake manifolds. Aiming to achieve a 25 PPM defection ratio, it expects this year's sales to approach some $30 million.
